Healing Crystals Civic Association (HCCA) is a Louisiana-based civic organization dedicated to advancing justice, community safety, and generational healing through education, advocacy, and community-led solutions.

Founded in memory of Tre’Wande “Cordell” Vallery, HCCA exists to ensure that no family becomes “Another Grieving Family.”

Legal & Compliance Statement

Healing Crystals Civic Association is a Louisiana-registered civic association operating as a social welfare organization under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Federal tax-exempt status is currently in process.

HCCA engages in nonpartisan, issue-based advocacy. We do not endorse or oppose political candidates.

Contributions to a 501(c)(4) organization are not tax-deductible.
