About the Healing Crystals Civic Association (HCCA) The Healing Crystals Civic Association is the living legacy of Cordell Vallery (12.21.23) and a direct response to the cries of our community. Founded by his mother, our organization is built on the belief that healing requires structure. We have transformed a journey for justice into six core initiatives designed to address the economic, legislative, and safety issues impacting Alexandria. We aren't just building programs; we are building the infrastructure for a community to heal itself, layer by layer, for generations to come.

Healing is public work. And we are here to do it.
